What happens on the free call?
You tell us where the hours go in your business. We ask questions, point out what is easy to automate and what is not, and tell you honestly whether we can help. If yes, we propose a five-day audit.
How long does a project take?
A single AI agent or automation ships in one to three weeks. A website takes three to five weeks. Larger systems with apps and dashboards are delivered in phases, each one useful on its own.
Do you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We integrate with WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Notion, Stripe, Shopify, Bokun, Primavera, PHC, HubSpot and most tools with an API. Replacing what works is a last resort.
What does it cost?
Projects have a fixed price agreed after the audit. Small automations start in the low thousands of euros; websites and larger systems are quoted per scope. Ongoing partnership is a monthly retainer you can stop any time.
