Who we are
Macrokeys is an AI automation and web studio based in Portugal. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
This website has no contact form and sets no tracking cookies by default. If you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and chosen time. If you email us, we receive what you send and your contact details.
Why we use it
Only to answer you, prepare and hold the call you booked, and follow up on your request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Conversation and booking data is kept for as long as we are in contact and up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us at the address in the footer.
Third parties
Calls are scheduled through Google Calendar, which has its own privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and animation libraries from public CDNs; these providers may log your IP address when serving files.
