Who is responsible for your data
Bernardo Silva, self-employed personal trainer (trabalhador independente), NIF [NIF to be added], Portugal. Contact: [email to be added] or Instagram @bernardosli.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, email, phone number and country code. On the coaching form, you can also give your main goal, training experience and a message. We also record the language of the page and whether you asked to be contacted or for the free guide.
Why we use it
- To get in touch about online coaching, at your request. Legal basis: steps taken before a possible contract, and your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (a)).
- To send you the free guide and, if you agreed, occasional emails from Bernardo’s team. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Every email lets you unsubscribe.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Form entries are stored in a private Google Sheet (Google LLC acts as our processor). Google may process data outside the European Union under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The website is hosted by Hostinger, which keeps standard server logs for security.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. Clients’ data is kept for as long as the coaching lasts and as required by law afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything done before. Write to [email to be added] or message @bernardosli. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
